Multi-million worth airbus 330-220 owned by the religious
group, iglesia ni cristp that was used to accommodate the leader’s trips to abroad
is now out in the market for sale
Last February, the INC leader also used the airbus to go to
Seattle, Washington to do pastoral visits.According to Civil Aviation Authority
of the Philippines (CAAP), the aircraft left Manila last June 21 and returned
from Taiwan on July 5. Executive
minister Eduardo Manalo went to Taiwan to officially institute the country as
an ecclesiastical district. The aircraft
is parked at Angeles City and reported that it hasn’t left the Philippines
since the last trip to Taiwan.
The use of “excessive luxury” of the leaders has received
blast criticism by Iglesia followers since the funds goes to unimportant wants
rather than the needs of the members
The institution that was founded a century ago which is now
being led by Eraño’s son, Eduardo, is now facing the most controversial crisis
that they have encountered.
